90 Day report

Featured Replies

I'm going to be travelling in Thailand when my next 90 day report is due.  It should be done by the 29th August in Koh Samui where I live.  But I'm going to be away, in Thailand for the entire window of doing the report.

The online reporting sometimes works and sometimes doesn't so I can rely on working this time as it probably won't work. So my questions are:

Can I go early to the Samui immigration office which would be before the 15 days before tolerance?

Or can I do this report in a different immigration office, maybe Udun Thani?

Thanks in advance for helpful replies.

Mail in is an option if Koh Samui accept mailed reports.

Only if you first filed a TM30 with that office.

You could just pay the fine on return.

I would pay an agent to facilitate before you leave, as a one off.  Can’t be more than a few hundred baht, maybe a bit more given the circumstances.

You can do it online from any place in Thailand.
