Paetongtarn Shinawatra Aims for Thai PM Amid Political Uncertainty:

Paetongtarn Shinawatra, daughter of former PM Thaksin Shinawatra, is vying for Thailand’s prime minister position. Despite no previous government experience, she aims to continue her family's populist legacy. If successful, she would become Thailand's youngest prime minister and the second woman to hold the position.

In Thailand practically anybody can run for PM unless you are the person that the public voted for in a democratic election.

Could have been worse, could have been Anutin.

Hopefully the new PM will do as daddy asks and shelve the bonkers 10k handout.

When do people vote for a PM   not in an election people vote for a MP    then the MPs vote for a PM  not the people

you clearly do not understand Parliament procedures
