Could be laying the stage for an official contested election and throw this into congress who could name him the winner. I have seen reports that at the local levels the certifiers are stacked with republicans. And if  they don't certify results then it goes to the house.

1: If the November elections result in a Democrat majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, perhaps likely given how closely balanced they are now, which incarnation of Congress will make the vote, the outgoings one or the incoming one?

 

2: The preparations to fail/refuse to certify the ballot in certain places are very obvious, and well before the ballot is due to be held. Presumably there are legal challenges to such refusal to certify, which can be made.

I want him tried on all counts by citizen Jury trials and an overwhelming rejection in November. My thinking is, I do not care if he is sentenced to real jail time. The psychological and financial ruin will punish him for ... well, his being himself.

It's not just sliding poll numbers at this point, it's sliding Trump and Vance. Their campaign is completely out of control, they've lost all ability to control the narrative, Harris and Walz have taken all the wind out of their sails, people are finally enthusiastic, and those poor guys are flailing like very incompetent campaigners.
