I would like to see the effect of sun in south on panels with different inclanations in Hua
If you are using less than the panels could potentially supply and your batteries are full you are effectively "wasting" energy, this could of course be mitigated by exporting to PEA as you would like to do. We do not export, I gave up trying to get approval for our DIY system so the grid really only gets used to top up the batteries if we've had a run of dull days. Once the packs are full the inverters cut production to match what we are using in the house. This is a good time for Madam to run the dryer or to plug in the car which we don't yet have. 🙂 Batteries are getting cheaper very quickly (we have 90kWh) it may prove more cost effective to add storage rather than use PEA as your "battery" particularly with the significant difference between their "buy" and "sell" rates. My numbers come from Solar Assistant, sadly, it doen't currently work with Sofar inverters, you should be able to find similar data in the Solarman app. -

Report Makati Police Nab Armed Suspects in Record 2-Minute Response
Picture courtesy of Manila Bulletin In an impressive testament to swift policing, Makati City officers apprehended three armed men within a remarkable two minutes following a distress call. This outstanding feat came well within the five-minute response time target set by the Philippine National Police (PNP). It all began on the evening of June 20th, when a bank employee in Barangay La Paz, Makati City noticed three suspicious individuals attempting to access her premises. Acting swiftly, she dialled 911. To her and the community's relief, the police arrived promptly—faster than anticipated. Police Maj. Gen. Anthony A. Aberin, who leads the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), shared details of the incident. "Officers arrived within two minutes," Aberin stated. Upon arrival, they swiftly verified the situation and tracked the suspects to a nearby eatery. It was there that they discovered one suspect visibly armed. From the suspects, the police seized three .45 calibre pistols along with loaded magazines carrying 23 live rounds, plus two black sling bags. The confiscated firearms have been meticulously marked and documented for evidence. Aberin praised the officers for their rapid response, highlighting its key role in thwarting potential threats. "This incident underscores the importance of rapid police response," he noted, commending the Makati police for their outstanding execution. The three suspects are presently in police custody, facing charges for Light Threats under the Revised Penal Code and violations of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. As they await inquest proceedings at the Makati City Prosecutor's Office, NCRPO's commitment to swift action sets a new standard. This episode follows PNP Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III's earlier pledge to institutionalise a rapid response system in adherence to President Marcos’ mandate for enhanced police visibility and efficiency across the nation.
