In a jaw-dropping occurrence in Kamphaeng Phet, a man found out that his girlfriend's undergarments had been interfered with by a close relative. A secret camera revealed the offender to be a 60-year-old neighbour, who's also a community leader.

 

A Facebook group called "Kamphaeng Phet Complaints" recently shared a video of a man in his sixties entering a house in Kamphaeng Phet city. The footage showed the man making his way into a bedroom, taking a look around and then grabbing two pieces of women's underwear. Following that, he began to perform a lewd act with the items.

 

The video was reported to be recorded at 8:52 am on August 20th according to the timestamp. The recording was supplied by the homeowners who wanted to highlight the risk of having such a person residing nearby. The couple had doubts after repeatedly discovering strange stains on the woman's underwear, resembling semen. To solve the mystery, they installed a concealed camera in the room.

 

Upon watching the recording, they were shocked to find out the perpetrator was their neighbour who also happened to be their kin. The man, who holds a leadership position in the community, was caught 'in the act'. This shocking revelation has the couple worried about the possibility of more incidences in the future.

 

There is no update if the man has stepped down from his role as a community leader or been asked to do so.
