OP, Your starting date is July 18, 2025 so that means that 89 days later would be October 15, 2025. That is your due date. Your report window opens 15 days prior for report via mail etc OR report in person (or agent) up till Oct 15. (avoid grace period) -

That depends on the office. For Chaengwattana they accept mail in reports as being "in person". (Did it myself a few weeks ago after returning to the country. Did take over a month to get confirmation of acceptance, though.)
