Your post calling my post "dillusional" [sic] is delusional with little to nothing based in facts.

You posted no facts just your opinions. when you post facts with links then I'll reply in kind.

There are no taxes or "money" (wages?).

Really so how does the state pay for those services? Show me 1 socialist state where there are no taxes or money

The state doesn't "pay" for any services. It provides them through the actions of its citizens.

I don't think any states are providing true socialism. Most states, including the USA and Thailand, have a Keynesian economy, which is a mix of capitalism and socialism. For example, in the USA, any service which is called a "public" service is socialistic. Examples are public schools, public libraries, public streets, public parks, etc. Capitalistic services are usually called "private" services. It's the percentages of the mix of capitalism and socialism that are typically the source of arguments.

Is this really your life? Being a bitch a day long ?

Can't you go to a bar and be an annoyance there or are you scared of people? Understandable living in a basement.

But who cares? I merely replied in kind to a diversionary post with no facts. All these issues have been argued ad nauseam previously, with facts, in other threads. Leftists will simply ignore any facts contrary to their brainwashing. Pop one balloon, they'll just blow up another. Eventually, they'll just repeat what's already been refuted. No point in wasting time.

I am a far-left liberal. I do not support wars. I do support borders that are open to refugees. I am concerned with rising unemployment, but that's a feature of capitalism. I support socialism. I used to love the USA, but now, after living in Thailand for 20 years and seeing the rise of people like Trump, the USA has definitely lost its appeal for me.

you didn't seem to mind the USA or capitalism when you were making your wealth off the backs of ordinary americans.

I went to a public hospital with my inlaw. I left and went to gym and lunch. They waited 5 hours. That is a bad system.

It's not a "bad" system. It's a "public" system. It's a service provided to all citizens. If citizens don't want to wait and have money, they can go to a private hospital. Public hospitals are meant to be accessible to every citizen regardless of their ability to pay. That's the difference between capitalism and socialism.

What does that have to do with giving respect to other peoples opinions. You have your own. Everyone has their own. We all do not think alike or feel the same. That is what makes us human. But insulting and harassing others because their opinion varies from yours does not make you a good human. Nor does it make your opinion better than people who disagree.

Where have I insulted or harassed? Address that to those you find taking that action. As far as opinions? Yes, most folks have them, however, that does not mean all opinions are equal. My Cardiologist’s opinion carries far more weight than anyone in general. While humbly acknowledging I certainly do not have all the answers, that I certainly can be wrong … nonetheless, unless I think the years gaining my knowledge base has been wasted on me … yes, I have a far greater knowledge base on which to draw than the average US citizen reading at the 7th - 8th grade level. I certainly do not personally denigrate … I was raised in a family where many of my parents generation could not finished high school due to the depression. Good folk but no where near what a college educated person should have knowledge of today.

What rot. These hospitals are not much good and 5 hour wait. The socialist countries have much better hospitals and less wait time. You choose a far right country to live in and rejected all the socialist ones.

I did do that, but I became more aware of how wrong that was as I grew older. I once was a capitalist. Now, I am a socialist. And someday, I will probably become a communist.

It sounds fake to me. You just choose a cheap country to live in.

Now staying in far right Thailand for cheap prices.

Ha! In my case, clearly I am a retired “economic refugee” member of the working middle class who cannot live in the USA on a sustainable working middle class retirement income of $2400.00 a month ($1750 of that from SS).

Would you be surprised to learn that the doctors who work in the private hospitals are the same ones who work in the public hospitals? All doctors are required to put in some time in the public hospitals.

As I keep saying, Thailand has aspects of both the far right and socialism. Most countries do. What difference would it make as to where I decided to retire? I don't rely on the capitalistic aspects of the country anymore. I'm retired.

Again your posting a deflective response because you can't back up your responses which were mainly inaccurate. Have a great day thinking about all those liberals that live in you head.

The point is, so would all of my fellow citizens. I may not have as good a life as I do now, but none of my fellow citizens would be living on the streets as they do now.

I'd prefer that.

donate all your wealth then and live as such.

for you society should act before you do .....to enforce your moral code. and before you remind me you donate a small portion of your money it's simply not enough and not socialist. so you are simply being a hypocrite.

Because socialism is not communism? Some look at all the Democratic/capitalist developed countries having some form of socialized national healthcare … except, of course, not the USA.

Sounds like you like the Australian part socialist health care system. Obamacare was an improvement to the US system wasn't it. See there is common ground.

You gave one example of socialism. Everything else is far right. The hotels are dirt cheap due to lack of regulation and over supply. The food is cheap due to supply. They have 7/11s everywhere due to capitalism. Most of the food markets would be banned in the west due to hygiene standards.

No, I could donate all my money to (where?), and it would not make any real difference to anyone.

Now, if EVERYONE donated all their money to the state, and the state used it to provide social services, that would make quite a difference to everyone.

I believe the definition on how people see socialism is a big divider between USA and Europe. It is very common as a political party in Europe to include the word social in the name of the party without being socialist as defined by some to be almost or same as communism. Therefore when people attack social programs as being socialism, there might be a bit of misunderstanding.

see my quote above. i love your excuses here. well i could but it wont make a real difference to anyone ?

really ?

even if you had only a few hundred k... if you donated that to just 2 or 3 families it would drastically change their lives.

you want society to adhere to your own moral code before you do. classic.
