passport required for domestic flights? I have a Thai DL
I haven't used my passport for domestic flights or hotel check-in since I got my Thai ID card and DL almost 5 years ago. I have flown roundtrip from Buriram to DMK many times since the airport opened, the last being on 9/5-9/8. -

The economics of being a landlord in CA are complicated especially concerning taxation. Watch out for depreciation recapture upon sale of rental properties. If you do sell your rental property try to do an installment sale to spread the profit over a few years. A normal sale can make your AGI in the year of sale very high which will likely incur more taxation in areas like Medicare premiums, investment income, etc. Unfortunately, installment sales are not popular with most buyers as the financing can be difficult. Your expectation is that of a perfectly normal relationship. It raises a red flag if she’s just deciding to go, without even wanting you to go with her. Just making the decision to go, without even discussing it with you raises a bigger red flag. I’m sure the experience of any other couple in a ‘healthy’ relationship such issues are discussed in detail. Given the ‘red flags’ just let her go, she’s an adult & can make her own decisions- but ensure is isn’t going there to cheat on you, because if she is, she could be bringing back STD’s etc (apologies for the brutality of that point, but it must be addressed given the behavior you mentioned). -

Agree, I’ve had 3 restaurants for 40 years in France.Its damned hard work but it pays. I know a few good chefs who have had restaurants in Thailand, it’s a nightmare, and little profit. -

I have a late healthy breakfast , eggs, fruit, cereals , I take my time. Yogurts or Greek yogurt at 17h . Early evening a good meal, no rubbish food. I rarely drink, I walk a lot and swim. But if I want to pig out on ice-cream or a cake, whatever, I do. Rarely tho. In Thai restaurants I tell them no sugar , they’re used to me now., -

Looking like Ukraine has accepted they won't be getting long range Storm Shadow acess anytime soon and that's without the fact they are precious few to give anyway. My view is there are 2 things at play here - optics for the west with Biden leading on reticence deferring to Putin's sabre rattling and second the inventory issue which is more chronic they don't have many to give so they obsfucate the real reasons. You won’t get Xanax on prescription. That’s why people go black market. I use RLam Xanax from India for when I’m flying because I’m terrified of flying. I buy them online. even if you could get something similar, your doctor won’t prescribe many. People just end up hooked on them.
