First up yes you can change from using money in bank to income method. You generally need to run both methods at the same time. I'm doing that now. Maintaining money in bank requirements and doing monthly transfers. For my next extension I will show compliance with funds in bank and 12+ transfers to make the change. For folk where embassies stop the letters (eg Canada) it will depend on how much notice is gi en along with immigration flexibility. -

I agree that if he's found guilty of the crimes he's been charged with, he'll go to jail, but when he gets out, or if he's found not guilty of these crimes, his claim of being a refugee should have to be denied before he can be deported. That's the way I think due process works in his case, anyway... -

Exactly. If you have kids, you're more aware of the predators that are out there and how they manipulate the young. Children that do these things have learned it somewhere, and it usually starts at home, watching a dad that didn't treat their mom well, cheated on her, and they go into the world thinking women are to be used. sadly it's a common theme here. -

So you would allow a grown man to babysit your boy, and if a blatant lesbian were to want to babysit your daughter, that would be OK. Yet I am ignorant and an idiot. Reality test: Your 15 year old girl insists she is a boy. Do you get her counseling or encourage her to get a mastectomy and take puberty blockers? You would be lucky in some Democrat states to be able to make that choice. -
