Mine is working fine, probably it's a phone issue, is yours old?

If old is 3 years yes.

Have you checked whether some update is due?

3 years shouldn't be an issue. First try rebooting see if that helps, then try uninstalling the app and reinstalling

I am having exactly the same problem as the OP on two phones - both Samsung, 2 and 3 years old. And I do mean exactly the same - they hang up at 56.1%, same as the OP.

OP - do you have an antivirus on your phone? If yes, which one, please? I use Avast.

I have emailed support via Google Play Store (more in hope than expectation.) I'll update the board if I get a reply.

I have AVG anti virus.I have realised I can use their website, but alot more messy than the app.

I just checked mine, it seems very slow but comes good after a while. Keep trying.

20 years, Gawd time flies.

I am having the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S20+. My wife has exactly the sam issue of loading to 56.1% and getting stuck. AIS will not help in the shops or the call center.

AIS will probably issue an app update soon.

What's the urgency with the app? you can top up via banking apps anyway

Thank you for this. A big clue, as I have Avast, which uses exactly the same engine as AVG.

I have found a solution which works with Avast, and will probably work with AVG too.

If you revoke all of the antivirus app's permissions in the Accessibility menu (Settings > Accessibility > Installed apps) then the AIS app loads quite smoothly.

This accessibility permission is required by Avast/AVG to run the Web Shield function which checks out internet connections, links etc. It seems that Avast and AVG (maybe others) are not allowing MyAIS to connect to the net.

Make sure you restore the permission after you have finished. Your AV app needs it.

Samsung S24+ same problem with app hanging at 56.1%. I fixed it by turning off Microsoft Defender anti-virus. From what others have written here it's a bad version that is incompatible with anti-virus software.
