Presumably, companies won't have to pay any overtime taxes. So, they will want to have their employees working overtime, since it's tax free for the company.

If I were a corporate CEO or billionaire enterpriser who claim to work 24/7 (business dinners, travel, field tours, marketing), I'd claim 90% of my time as overtime. Thus, only 10% of my income is taxable. 

Note that social security is sustained through taxes. Cut taxes and you cut social security benefits.

So Trump will "give you a hand" but cut your foot off.
