Yes, I don't know why people are saying to get a screenshot of application.

Some folk (expats) are living in Thailand ongoing.

Some have tourist status.

Some of those on tourist status will or will not have dealings with immigration.

eg a visa exempt entry wanting a 30 day extension just needs screenshot from accommodation.

  • Then zero issue. You can ask for screenshot of TM30 filling. What you did is best practice. If they replied "do it yourself" then run Forest run

  • You do not need to attend immigration. Prior to moving into new apartment you should have made clear to owner that they will do TM30 and provide you with record of that.

  • I am staying in a hotel right now and the owner has reported my stay to the immigration the first day that i chcecked in, he did that online. I will go to stay in an apartment in the next days and I w

This is what the TM30 system gives you (my info removed), which is just as easy to print and much more formal than a screenshot

I hardly ever understand your threads.

From your second post...

"What about the tm30 receipt? I would also need it for my next extension or next border run"

Answer yes for 30 day extension you would need a TM30 which you clearly have from your posts.

Border run has nothing to do with anything.

Seems you have tourist status.

Yes you need TM30 to show immigration for extension .

You keep saying this. You don't seem to realise that when the hotel or landlord of apartment submits an online TM30 application that is the reporting to immigration. You only need to provide a copy of TM30 to immigration when you apply for something at immigration (like your 30 day extension)

No you don’t need to since it’s already been done.
