Bangkok, Sept 19 (TNA)– Bangkok authorities have issued a warning to communities living outside the Chao Phraya River dike, urging them to be vigilant against potential flooding from September 19-23.

The city is preparing for heavy rainfall and rising water levels, following a weather forecast that predicts significant precipitation and strong winds across several regions of Thailand, including the capital.

Ekwaranyu Amrapal, a spokesman for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), said the agency is closely monitoring the situation and has taken proactive measures to mitigate the impact of potential flooding.

Cientisfics says the sea levels of BKK are expected to rise between 0,6 and 2.1 meters or more within this Century, putting BKK, in 30 years under waters. 🏊‍♀️

Same in Cities of  Vietnam, Indonesia, India China or Bangladesh.
