Where is the approval order from the Thai court? These things are fairly simple. There's a definite legal process, and that process must include some order of a Thai court. Where is it? -

South Korean Man Arrested After High-Speed Chase and Fiery Crash Near Pattaya
probably going too far this time (although he could have killed people) but there's such an incredible problem with road safety in this country having a zero tolerance policy feels like the right thing to do some times. This video just popped up on YouTube. 7 killed including two children who were twins. Maybe a legit accident but how many pickup trucks have you seen driving like maniacs, speeding through narrow gaps to pass, tailgating and all the stuff you see daily here. These people just killed themselves but they could have survived like the Korean man and killed 7 of some other family who were driving safely. Risking getting hung for reckless driving would be a fitting penalty for Thailand and save many lives in the end.
