White string to be blessed

If someone could advise and I use that word lightly but advise on a Temple that will bless me and tie the white string on my wrist 

 

I do not want that tourist type temple on the hill on the way to Jomtien I'm sorry .

 

Is there a temple maybe even on the outskirts of Pattaya that will bless me and they  will need them to read the list of problems out I have written as they do it .

 

Do you "advise" and again I use that word , do you advise perhaps that there may be better temples than in Pattaya ?

I would like to have the white string around my wrist done by a real monk

i don't see the monk charging you much more than 10k baht.
