Harris Voices Outrage in Interview with Howard Stern

Vice President Kamala Harris made headlines after her wide-ranging interview with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show, where she candidly discussed topics from politics to personal preferences. Among the most striking moments of the interview were Harris’s remarks about former President Donald J. Trump’s actions during the COVID-19 pandemic, her frustration during their past debate, and her thoughts on the state of the nation.

Watch Howard Stern: ‘I don’t understand how Americans support a guy who says he doesn’t support Ukraine.”

Kamala Harris: ‘America should be champion of sovereignty & territorial integrity, standing against anyone who takes another nation by force which means stand with Ukraine.”

A major topic of conversation was a claim from Bob Woodward’s book *War*, which reported that Trump secretly sent rare COVID-19 testing machines to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Harris expressed disbelief and anger at the notion, stating, "This guy who was president of the United States is sending them to Russia, to a murderous dictator for his own personal use.” She was outraged that Trump would prioritize an adversary like Putin while Americans were “dying by the hundreds every day” and in desperate need of relief during the pandemic.

Stern, known for his once-shock-jock style but now a more serious interviewer, chimed in, stating he wished Putin had “gotten COVID and dropped dead.” Harris didn’t respond directly to that, but the two shared an understanding of the severity of the moment, with Harris emphasizing the importance of leadership that genuinely cares for the American people. She underscored the nation's stark choice in the 2024 election: “Do we want a president who’s going to abide by the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, or someone who is full-time engaged in flattery from Vladimir Putin?”

Harris’s sharp criticism of Trump didn’t stop there. She also reflected on their debate, particularly Trump’s bizarre and false claim that Haitian immigrants in Ohio were eating their neighbors' pets. Harris described the experience as “surreal,” adding, “This was a very serious moment to earn the votes of the American people, and he was talking about things that were factually untrue and quite ridiculous.” The episode highlighted the sense of disbelief and frustration she felt as Trump continued to push falsehoods during what should have been a substantive political exchange.

As the conversation continued, Stern, who is a vocal Harris supporter, encouraged his listeners to vote in the upcoming election, pointedly saying, “but not if they plan to vote for Trump.” He concluded the interview by praising Harris, telling her, "God bless you. You should be president."

The interview shed light on Harris’s views on leadership, her critique of Trump’s handling of the pandemic, and her belief in the importance of upholding democratic values. Harris’s comments made it clear that she sees the upcoming election as a pivotal moment for the country’s future.

Russian Microbiologists were well ahead of the rest with their creation/production of the 'Sputnick' SarsCovi2 Vaccine; saying that, they did Stage III a little differently than Moderna by randomnly selecting everyday working Russians to do the Trial.

Gifting quote "rare COVID-19 testing machines" to Putin, doesn't make any sense at all as the Russians already had their own RAT test kit and PCR analyzers.

And that disproved Woodward’s claims how?

Thanks for providing a reference and attribution. They did have the Sputnik vaccine in Laos, and it was the one provided to the Lao people while foreigners were provided the Astra-Zeneca vaccines. I don't believe either vaccine caused any major problems and we were very surprised by how well Laos was able to cope with the pandemic. There are advantages to being isolated I suppose, although we also wondered whether there may have been some native immunity since the COVID-19 virus originated at the Lao-China border.

As to the donating of the machines, you are aware that the one who confirmed this was Putin, right? It makes perfect sense in that of course the Russians would like to have an American prototype or top-of-the-line machine or two to compare to their own and have as a backup/blind sampling tool.

Kinda sad, really. Now he just licks the boot and panders.   Entertainers gotta know when to quit and move on with their lives, not linger like a silent fart.

@1:00 "Apply light and heat, erh...you know? Maybe you can, maybe you can't" - suggesting the then supposedly world leader on how to fight covid (in case ingesting bleach won't work.). No wonder the world was laughing in our faces. However, some US citizens think that's a show worth going on.

Oh, absolutely. I've said he was not my first choice for the GOP nomination. But, given the situation where there is only a binary decision between him and Harris, the choice is blindingly obvious. Warts and all, Trump did a good job as President. Harris was an abject failure as VP.  That is what matters, not personalities.

She’s part of this administration that brought us out of the trump disaster you may feel trump was great I disagree obviously Harris will be just fine we have a good team in place.

Ah, the "good team" argument. Seen it before. If your candidate was any good, you wouldn't need to discuss her team, especially before she has even chosen one.

I don't think Trump was or is great. His presidency was quite good until Covid hit. Biden has been consistently bad.
