Thai Police Bust Multi-Million Baht Sex Toy Smuggling Ring

So why is the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Division (ATPD), led by Major General Saruti Khwaengsopha bothering with sex toys? It is likely because they utterly refuse to go after human traffickers and sex traffickers, and would rather focus on something that does absolutely nothing to make society safer on any level, but is a far easier task.

It’s a bit of a stretch to define sex toys as pornography, unless the translation is wrong. Making the circumstances fit the crime, instead of the reverse.

In Thailand, they concentrate on the real danger and enforce the laws where it really matters. They are crushing gambling activities and cracking down hard on the evil spread of sex toys. All that, when they could patrol the busy streets and actually really improve trust and safety. Also they could be hard against unnecessary violence and do something about domestic violence. of course this is just two examples out of many. However, they chose sex toys and gambling. In my eyes, that´s dereliction of duty.

Well, they have to make sure you stop self-pleasuring yourself and find a partner to make kids for Thailands future and to make sure you do not lose all your money gambling so you can support any family you make. Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?

i have a good female friend in the UK who bought herself a “rabbit” who then didn’t seek a man for a few years as a result, she even stopped socializing and when she finally did get back into dating could not get off with a real man any longer.

The fact is women do not need men and men do not need women for sexual purposes anymore. Technology has made sexual union redundant. Back in the day it was people having sex but not producing children; nowadays ppl aren't even having sex, never mind making babies. How often do we hear about record low birthrates?

Just curious... how does technology make sexual union redundant?
I, for one, get no sexual satisfaction from technology. Could that be some kind of fetish?? I truly don't get it.

That's because they can get regular income to ignore these activities. Within 100 yards of the Soi9 police station on beach road there is a stall openly selling porn dvd's, sex toys etc. Been there for years!

Vapes and sex toys, both illegal, both available for purchase online or within a 5 minute walk of my home.

The money the Thai government misses out on protecting the tobacco industry and taking an archaic moral stand against buttplugs never ceases to make me shake my head

But not for exploiting children! Those caught doing it should be banged up for a very long time.😠

What's the point of sex? To come. Anyone can come with toys and/or p0rn. It's all tech. I guess for the Luddites their imagination will do...

What is the ultimate aim of that bust?

Rounding up illegal business/employment here?

In order to protect domestic products from China's export surge?

Or they wanted to use up their budget surplus by the year end(if that raid took place last month)?

*Thai financial year is: Oct 1-Spt 30 next year

I agree with this crackdown wholeheartedly.

Thai women are world famous for their promiscuity.

Keeping these evil toys out of their hands means they need us to relieve their insatiable sexual urges.

She bought it in her early thirties and was a bit of a tart, fairly attractive.

Definition of "Promiscuity"

Some basterd who is getting it  when I am not

However, it soon revealed a larger network selling unauthorized sex toys and stimulants to an online community of over 90,000 people.

So where can you get authorized sex toys?
