Yes, using turn signals causes all other road users to be aware of what you intend to do - making driving safer for everyone.

JBChiangRai Posted October 22, 2024 Posted October 22, 2024 The car driver shares blame. The bike made an illegal maneuver in getting behind the car. He overtook one car but undertook the other (illegal). Blame IMHO is 50/50.
