That is the case for any man in any country. I remember decades ago in the UK I was going out with an English woman, she started to become bossy and possessive so I "did a runner", and she ended up marrying my brother's friend. It was not the last "runner" I did, in fact, I did it again and the ex ended up marrying a friend's friend, I should have been paid a commission for all of the couples I put together. 😄 My brother never saw much of his friend after the marriage as she controlled him. I think some guys like to be controlled as the wife is a replacement for their doting mother. -

Maybe the locals could club together and hire some private security guys . Suitably armed with BB bats they would soon discourage these low lifes who plague Patts . I remember a few years ago at a concert there was a scruffy old Thai guy harassing 2 members of the audience . The security soon dealt with him by ripping his shirt off and giving him a kicking with their large boots . Instant justice . Shame things like this aren`t allowed in the Liberal West anymore . -

Car recommendations
I’ve had isolated issues with Benz and BMWs over the years- but I also had many with no problems. I don’t think any class or brand is immune. Same as Ford (during the fix or repair daily years), there was a time when no one would buy a Jaguar or Audi because they spent more time in the shop than the road. I see you’ve driven a lot of troublesome Fords… I did have a late 90s Lincoln Navigator with all the bells and whistles that I quite liked until gas prices shot up, then sold it to the highest ebay bidder… yet it was a Ford and I had no issues with it- granted only had it for two years. I do my homework before spending money. Titanium has a good track record and I like the integrated tech for performance and comfort. PPV suspension fits my life like a glove and I’ve used four wheel mode a few times in the mud, also I fear no highway pothole. It’s as quiet and smooth as any car I’ve driven- the sound system rivals my last Benz. Remote start isn’t bad either when it’s hot outside 95% of the year! I’m a car fan-boy who digs tech… there are a lot impressive vehicles on the market and I love it… however if an EMP goes off all the tech won’t work and we’ll all be roughing it anyhow🫏😀 Cheers -

It is the law, then enact the law. Safety should be taught in schools, well yes how to cross the road safely, don't play with matches. All the low level safety that kids need to know. Don't install CNG cylinders in the passenger compartment of a bus or exceed the legal number of CNG cylinders. Not sure about that one. I fell asleep when you went on about risk assessments. This is Thailand not a regulated Western country. You presumably know about Grenfell Tower? Yes even in the UK we need to a few people in prison for ignoring process and procedures. At the end of the day it is the only way to stop making extra profit at the expense of safety.
