Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and I'd rate this one just a notch above "Butt-Fugly."  But if she is bringing home the bacon with her civil servant salary, I'm sure she'll find some Thai guy who will take advantage of her.  No doubt "Farangs need not apply," not that many would.  You can find a better looking model sporting the same career credentials on most Thai dating sites.
