It's a bit annoying. When I look at Snoopy in cold day now, I think she would have been a better option than Miki.

 

Even in the space of 5 days Snoopy said far more warmer, loving things than Miki in the space of one year. Snoopy's love making was considerable better. 

 

Yes, Miki is far better looking, Snoopy is only a 7 and has that skin condition on her ankle and butt, but Miki never seemed as attracted to me as Snoopy was initially.

 

We had a deal Miki comes on  27 November, however, she got a job offer with a Thai PLC where she can earn 24000 Baht plus all the insurance benefits. So while she will still come then, it will be only 2 days. Now she wants to work for 4 months at that company, flying over four times a week on the weekends.

 

Again she broke her word and betrayed me. There is no trusting Miki. On top she's now suggested we get engaged and married. I told her I can't even get you to trust your word you come back on 27 November, how can I trust any promise you ever make?

 

I got a totally different vibe from Snoopy, that was a girl who if she gave her word you could really count on it.

 

As of today I'd have been better off with Snoopy I think.

I don't actually like drama at all. The drama was injected into my life by the women.

 

Miki had an affair and caused her expulsion to Bangkok and all the drama that followed.

 

Snoopy, she went through my papers. Okay, she struck oil, but she could have handled it more gracefully and given me the benefit of the doubt. After all, she had no proof I was with another woman. Nevertheless, she is the uncompromising kind, and thus drama ensued. Even after the event, what was done could have been forgiven. But even a 7 with skin issues now commands such power in the sexual market place that they think they do not have to compromise one iota.

 

Now I have to look on the bad sides of Snoopy. Her demand for 10000 at the start, her intense arguing over stupid things, skin issue, outright cruelty.

I saw her  live in the intro meeting of the company on a video call, live in the company canteen and live in the bus of the company. So there is no doubt she's got the job.

 

I am also sceptical about her claim she can make 23000-24000 baht at this company. They have a highly complex remnueration calculation, where they pay the basic salary plus bonus if you work at night and overtime.

 

It will also require her to get up at 5 am to catch the company bus to be ferried to the factory and to work until 5 pm.

 

So I suspect after 2 months she'll be begging for a flight to CM.

So last Friday I started a Line conversation with a 21 year old girl, let's call her Shen, who lives literally next door to me, well 14 minutes by bike.

 

We had a long phone call, and Shen suggested out of herself that we meet the next day. Odd thing was she abruptly ended the convo saying she had to take a shower which came across as strange. Anyway, I then texted a few hours later to meet me at this restaurant the next day.

 

I went but was stood up, she never showed. When I texted her she just gave me some nonsense excuse that she was online studying.

 

Despite that I had a great time anyway going to the Saturday market and sent her a few pics of what she was missing.

 

She texted a bit about the pics and that was it. Come today the whole thing annoyed me a bit, I felt I got ghosted after she suggested a meet. So I sent her a text asking her to tell me honestly why she changed her mind about meeting me.

 

She replied she still wanted to meet. But she was in a bad place worrying about her life. We then had a very long text convo and at the end I asked her if she had had dinner already. She said no. So I texted a video of Mongolian Beef recipe and said I was going to cook that if she wanted to join me. She was very eager to come. 

 

So today she finally arrived. She was absolutely beautiful, a slim, skinny Bangkok type. When she saw the the sink full of dishes, she said "Oh I can help you with that" and immediately started to wash this giant pile of dishes. I could not believe my eyes.

 

I cooked the Mongolian Beef with her and we had a delicious dinner. The time flew by in literally an instant. She's studied for 4 years as a law student and just got off a break up with a Chinese guy. 

 

Just as I was thanking my lucky stars for finding this girl, she told me she was leaving to Bangkok this Thursday for a week. Then she would come back for 10 days to Chiang Mai, and then move back to Bangkok for good. 

 

I can't catch a break. The first girl who does the dishes, is smarter, younger and nicer than all the girls that have been here and she's moving back to Bangkok. Anyway, I'll go take her to on a big date tomorrow. But this is doomed from the start, she's a serious law student in dire financial need, and intent on living in Bangkok. It can never be.

 

Such bad luck.

bonus are typicaly paid yearly and can be dependant on union agreements as to what is paid, for instance the company I work for Union agreement is 5 months bonus... negotiated to 3 months fixed  2 months variable based upon performance

 

Over time is not a "bonus" and is paid each pay cycle if applicable (Non salary staff)... common practice world over I beleive.

 

If you think it is complex me thinks Miki is tacking the mickey !

Yes, there is bonus, that's right. But it was the overtime that was subject to the formula. She actually sent me screenshots of the presentation they did to supposedly explain it.

 

Anyway, she has to get up at 4.30 am to be at the factory at 7, then stand all day on her feet, no sitting down, from 7.40 to 19.50. So I'm pretty sure she won't last very long. Sounds brutal.

Yes overtime will be calculated at an hourly rate... the actual amount paid wont be know unti pay day as that will then list the amount of hours acrued but she could work it out, She is doing 4hrs a day over time... again standard practice in Thailand.

 

FWIw she does less hours then me at work, Iam lucky though only 8 are spent on my feet !

She gets a 10 minute break at 10 am, 40 mins break at 11.30 am, and 10 mins at 14.30, then 20 mins at 16.30 and that's it.

Thanks for explaining that. So there's no way to know how much she'll get unless she extrapolates. But I'm not sure she'll want to do the overtime every day the way she is complaining about standing so long.

Yes standing for that long is quite torturous it's worse if having to stand in one spot not walking around...if safety shoes are required they are often not very comfortable (unless Dr Martens expensive )

In the factory I worked in they had these plastic/rubber mats on the floor at the machines  that helped a bit..

BTW, my gf was working Bangkok electronics factory (Metco), she was getting around 12k baht a month.

My gf works in the factory. It is indeed an electronics factory. So for 12000 baht it's pointless, she'd get that as an allowance from me. But she thinks she will make 23000 with overtime.

It's so funny. A few days ago I was stuck on Snoopy. Now, Shen comes along and I realise she's ten times better than Snoopy in almost every way.

If she is working according to Thai labour laws, @ 363 an hour she will earn (gross) Bt.23,900 a month with over time.

 

Then remove tax/social security fund /provident fund/Compensation Fund etc etc.
