Who got bored in Thailand and went back?
I lived in Thailand for 20 years, but I returned to the UK at 53 mainly because I didn't want to run out of money in Thailand. Over the years I had quite a few older-than-me retiree-friends who returned to their home countries, whether it was UK, Aus or USA. The one common reason (or it was a factor)? Healthcare issues. -

American Building Standards and Wildfires
It allows them to build houses more quickly, and was the adopted method very early on due to one particular guy designing and building like that. There are Youtube videos that show Americans looking at houses built in the UK versus American homes. They are shocked when they see how long the UK tile or slate roofs last compared to their shingle ones, which they have to renew approximately every ten years. Even more shocked when they see the thickness of our front doors compared to their flimsy plastic or compressed wood ones. UK electricity 240V vs 120V. Safer UK plugs and sockets. They also can't understand why the UK doesn't have air con. -

I think some people have a problem logging in or creating an account with shoppee. Or perhaps the UI isn't quite so smooth.
