I think you mean that Twitter is now an outlet that includes the opinions across ALL viewpoints and it no longer censors things that the Government, FBI etc don't like.

X is now a right wing conservative outlet and liberals have stopped posting. Really no need for any censorship. It is a right wing outlet filled with misinformation that Brazil government has banned X.

Left wing Governments in Brazil have been notoriously corrupt - I think it is more likely that they are trying to suppress exposure of any corruption as much as any opposing political views. Anyway, I think X has been reinstated, no?

Twitter was not banned. Your proposition don’t hold water.

Defund the Department of Education.

Massive cuts for DOJ.

Put the military, congress, executive, judiciary, and federal government on the same retirement system as everybody else.

No Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid for non-citizens.

Ban advertisements for pharmaceuticals.

Looks like Elon may’ve fibbed on his immigration form.

And there's Rupert? Admitted to lying on Fox, so who knows what he put down on his.

Melania’s got her own flair for creative paperwork, and of course they are all with Trump, the master of bending reality to fit his narrative.

Elon Musk’s U.S. citizenship in jeopardy as billionaire's past faces scrutiny: report

Depends on whether it is true or not. If it is true people have a right to know so they can protect their pets, if it is a lie it is a racial slur. With free speech the truth can be established. The Left quoted the Mayor who is is making money from Haitian immigration as some kind of definitive answer. i have seen footage of a dog on a spit and of someone butchering a cat, the question is, is this from the time and place stated and does it represent the people stated.

I'm afraid people are advocating against opinions against immigration. In the UK the Left shut down all debate for years and to mention immigration policy is to have someone scream racism.

Everybody now knows it was not true. Even Vance copped to it.

The symbiotic relationship will create a monster. This is what keeps the rest of the world up at night. Half of America too.

Along with RFK Jr', a “dream team” for a future pandemic, if ever there was one.

With Trump’s track record of hundreds of thousands of avoidable deaths, RFK Jr. as Health Tsar pushing anti-vaccine rhetoric, and Musk’s X platform spiraling into conspiracy central, you’ve got a modern-day Gorgon.

I believe Trump will win as America sleepwalks into the Russian model of government where an autocratic leader is backed by a cohort of oligarchs - Musk, Thiel, Mellon, Bezos et al. Welcome to the new world order. Musks losing money on Twitter is a drop in the ocean,  it’s all about power and the wealth that follows.

Point taken. He really couldn't afford to hire a bunch of worthless people. Had he not taken drastic measures it would be a problem. The thing is our government isn't a billionaire that can do what it wants.

The jobs reports come out okay because much of it is government related jobs. Every job created by the federal government costs money and isn't accretive.

We need to cut every position we can.

Just as i said here. Jonas reports came out and if it weren't for government and medical care we lost nearly 100K. We can't build an economy on government jobs.

What a ridiculous comment. Show anywhere that RFK Jnr. says this. Or anyone from the Trump side for that matter. RFK Jnr. is more about getting people healthy again and off of the pharmaceuticals. Once again another blue blinkered emotive comment not based on anything.

And yet the economy is booming.

For who? I do okay because i bought real estate cheaply. The job numbers came out today were dismal and net negative if you disregard government nonsense. GDP is based upon profits usually, you can't just keep hiring federal employees and claim it adds to the GDP.

Seems your comment is the ridiculous one.

Let’s be clear: people will suffer and die.

RFK Jr. has publicly criticized these vaccines:

  • Polio
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
  • Flu Vaccine
  • COVID-19 Vaccines
  • Hepatitis B
  • DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

He’s repeatedly questioned their safety and efficacy, often using outdated or debunked studies to back his claims.

His potential leadership with Trump means these vaccinations could face increased scrutiny and potentially reduced mandates, reshaping public health policy in ways that challenge established vaccination standards.

This isn’t “getting people healthy”—it’s putting them at risk.

I don't see a problem with being concerned about the efficacy and safety of vaccines. In this video RFK Jnr. clearly states "I am not anti-vaccine"(2:30). Straight from the horses mouth.

RFK Jr. is a known purveyor of conspiracy theories and vaccine misinformation, and you choose to believe him?

Seems critical thinking isn’t your strong suit.

So, are you ready to take everything “straight from the horse’s mouth” from Trump too?

Did Trump win in 2020? Will he accept the 2024 results if he loses?

Conspiracy theories? Still? Really? Covid vaccines can cause serious harm even death: Conspiracy theory now fact. Covid leaked from the Wuhan lab: Conspiracy theory now recognised as the most likely cause and not a wet market and zoonic leap. You believe what the media tells you that's fine but bear in mind who controls that media. As for my inability for critical thought my major at university was political theory/political philosophy. Believe me high level critical thinking skills were required.

So, your political science degree qualifies you to ignore the science and follow someone whose main credential in this area is a law degree? Solid critical thinking—right up there with trusting a plumber to do brain surgery.

Your post reads like a checklist of logical fallacies: cherry-picking, red herrings, irrelevant authority, overgeneralization, confirmation bias, and even a touch of ad hominem. That's not critical thinking; it's just selectively contrarian noise.

Are you following Trump “straight from the horse’s mouth” on every wild claim, too?

Ask yourself who controls the "science?" Who controls the "media?" Who controls the research centres?" Who controls the universities?" You seem to believe what the "media" tells you. I don't. Again the "science" said the covid jabs are "safe." Anyone who still believes this is deluded. The "science" from China said covid was of a "zoonic nature" which has been comprehensively shown not to be the case. "Science" said that saturated fats are bad. Turns out this isn't the case. Information is there one just needs to look past the legacy media to find it.

Ah, the classic “who controls” distraction—always a go-to when facts become inconvenient.

  1. Questioning Authority: Skepticism is healthy, but let’s not confuse it with blanket distrust. Science is a process, not a puppet show, and peer-reviewed studies exist independently of “media control.”

  2. Misrepresentation of Safety: Dismissing Covid vaccines as unsafe ignores mountains of data from global health organizations. Just because you believe something doesn’t make others “deluded”—they might just be informed by evidence you choose to overlook.

  3. Challenging Consensus: The zoonotic origin theory is still under investigation. Just because lab-leak theories are getting air time doesn’t invalidate initial findings. And sure, the view on saturated fats has evolved, but that’s science adapting, not a conspiracy.

  4. Looking Past Legacy Media: Seeking information outside the mainstream isn’t inherently bad, but it demands discernment. Not all alternative sources are created equal, and simply dismissing consensus science doesn’t count as critical thinking.

So, while you’re busy dismissing well-supported evidence, remember: the real delusion might be thinking that skepticism alone counts as informed reasoning.

Only article on CNN that I could find was
Trump’s plan to radically remake government with RFK Jr. and Elon Musk is coming into view

Nothing about gaining power or traction ... in fact a highly sobering account of tearing up of checks and balances in the US. Amazing what AI rewriting can do.
