This will be my renewal of my non-o marriage visa based on marriage at Phuket, Do they required all the same documents for a renewal as they did when I first applied? My visa ends Jan 15th, should I apply much earlier than this on will a few days before be fine?

Recommend not leaving it till last few days..

You lose no days applying early.

Phuket you can apply up to 45 days early

 

Here is general list of requirements.

In more recent times they added 2 forms regards acknowledgement of penalties.
