Clearly, CBS changed the reply of Harris making her look like she said something intelligent. Which given the reasons for the interview and the repercussions if her replies were not good directly relate to the elections which are made by the voters perception of the candidate. Then the changes they made were not made to shorten the time to make room for more questions as CBS stated. The fact that they absolutely refuse to release the unedited version lends credence that CBS is hiding something that may damage how people perceive Harris. CBS is long known to side with Dems and shed them in a better light for the public to see. However, the lawsuit is going to be just the tip of the iceberg I think.. If Trump wins the election, I hope he encourages the FCC to pull the license from CBS for misleading the public. It is about time someone went after the networks for biased reporting. They are supposed to be unbiased giving news and information without choosing sides or making opinions. Even the head of the FCC demanded the unedited transcript of the interview and was told no. What right does CBS have to hide this from the public or the governing body like the FCC? I hope Trump wins the suit and hope that if he also wins the elections that he gets CBS off the air. It is clear the replies she made for the edited and unedited version are different with both content and meaning. In the unedited reply she admits to her and the admin causing conflicts in the region. In the unedited one she does not and only uses double-talk. Saying a lot without any meaning. Someone is always hiding something in the Trump conspiracy world. It is always someone’s else’s fault because he is the greatest ever at everything. Hard to believe adults are still falling for his con and grifting. An orange face con man. Will be glad when he is gone. 1 2

jerrymahoney Posted November 2, 2024 Posted November 2, 2024 OK just for others then I said the actual court filing contains 11 instances of the word 'salad'. I don't think the filing of this case will help others who have never heard the word salad in reference to Ms. Harris. 1 1

Popular Post jerrymahoney Posted November 2, 2024 Popular Post Posted November 2, 2024 From the Amarillo, TX court filing: 64. Because of CBS’s false, misleading, and deceptive conduct, President Trump has sustained damages in an amount greater than $75,000.00, and reasonably believed to be at least $10,000,000,000, that will be determined upon trial of this action. (However) CBS’s distortion of the 60 Minutes Interview damaged President Trump’s fundraising and support values by several billions of dollars, particularly in Texas. 1 2

Conversely, a Trump lie could damage fundraising for Kamala Harris. This will not go well for Trump. BTW, this is an admission by Trump that the 60 Minutes interview was good for Harris and bad for Trump.

I wish Trump success in his endeavor to give her a bit of what he's been getting re the so called justice system. Even if he does not win the court case, the publicity will ensure the voters know the sort of IMO devious and scurrilous shenanigans the anti Trumpers resort to. It exposes the MSM hypocrisy, similar to the circular reporting of Russia Russia , 51former agents and the dreaded laptop from hell and Biden demonstrated mental failings, from elections past. impulse Posted November 2, 2024 Posted November 2, 2024 I can think of a lot of his adversaries that should be praying for Trump to win next week. Because if he's president, he won't have as much spare time to sue the people who have defamed, attacked, and literally incited assassins to shoot at him. If they can sue $1 billion out of Alex Jones for hurt feelings, what's a bullet to the ear worth? 1

The case could have been filed in any Texas city that had a CBS affiliate who broadcast the 60 Minutes Harris interview. That they chose Amarillo was strictly because they knew for certain the judge to whom their case would be assigned.

New YorkCNN — The Fox News Channel’s recent segment about Donald Trump’s “surprise” visit to a barbershop in the Bronx resembled a campaign ad for the former president’s reelection. Trump was seen taking questions and making small talk with Black and Hispanic barbershop customers and workers, some of whom were wearing “Make Barbers Great Again” shirts. The visit was part of “Fox & Friends” co-host Lawrence Jones’ ongoing barbershop interview series. But the version of the visit shown on television was, to borrow a hairstyle metaphor, a crop cut. Fox edited out many of Trump’s rambling comments and false claims. Participants had to repeatedly follow up when Trump meandered away from the original point of their questions. 2

The difference, of course, is that Vance will pull that trigger if it's called for. The Dems? They covered up for Biden for over 3 years. To this day (and until mid January), the US has a functionally deficient president. And it shows in the chaos around the world. 2

jerrymahoney Posted November 2, 2024 Posted November 2, 2024 Judge Cannon in Florida has been reversed by the Appeals Court in Atlanta. Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk in Amarillo TX has the distinction of being reversed by the US Supreme Court in Washington DC: On April 21, 2023, a majority of the Supreme Court of the United States, without comment, voted to indefinitely implement an emergency stay all the restrictions against mifepristone while the lawsuit continued in the lower courts. The court issued its unanimous decision on June 13, 2024, ruling that the Alliance lacked standing to challenge the FDA's approval or rule making. The decision reversed the Fifth Circuit ruling and lifted the injunction. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_Kacsmaryk 1
