I am predicting that half of the US voters will not want to accept the election result and rioting should kick off by Thursday and peak on the weekend. Shops will be looted, personal property van

I remember within my voting lifetime when candidates were dropping out of races if they had illegal nannies or other employees in their past.  Back then, there were real consequences for hiring illegals.

What is it about modern America that they can not just accept the result of an election?

    It's not 'modern America' to blame.  It's Trump.  He is the sole cause of the ridiculous idea that the 2020 election was 'stolen' from him--this after he lost by 7 million votes.  He is directly responsible for The Big Lie, which has resulted in America being in the state it is right now.   It's all on Trump.

I'd like to see where you get your information from, as it sounds like the proverbial bar stool. Explain how the US is the stupidest With so many inventions, some of the worlds best technology , medical, hospitals, and teachers, along with a great school system. The problem isn't the people. It's the infighting the government has made happen, and people take sides because their side either helped them some way, which is understandable, or they like what their side promises. What exactly have these "commie" teachers been teaching, that's brainwashing our youth? People take sides in every country that has democracy, and that's normal because what fits for one may not for another. Thinking Trump is the answer shows what stupid really is.Harris might not be a great choice, but we've seen Trump.

That religious beliefs should not be forced on public schools. No educator would have anything to fear from secular humanists like that. Fortunately, they far outnumber their antagonists.

The NYT and an article from 1985 , I think boogieman seems a bit over the top though that is with the benefit of hindsight. One effect it would have had would be to strengthen the Catholic base (they would not need pressure) and weaken general Christianty.
