Yes, I saw the speeches. Biden has a speech impairment. As he  has aged, his ability to control the stutter has weakened. This results in pregnant pauses and what look like brain freezes.  Speech therapists have already explained that this is common in older people who had severe stutters. It does not mean they have cognitive decline.

i for one didnt think the war wouold be ended in 24 hours as i am not an imbecile, i don't take everything Trumps says in a literal sense.

i am not making any excuses, IMO, 24 hours was not in the literal sense, just emphasing that it would be done very quickly and easily. 

but my question still stands, if the war took 48 hours or even a week to end,  would you focus on the fact it took longer than Trump said and call him a liar, rather than appreciating the fact the Ukraine war was over and also possible threat of a nuclear ww3
