Something smelling musky -- the age of undemocratic in your face oligarchy in the USA.

You fail to mention one downside of a parliamentary system where a failure to reach a consensus can mean chaos like what Germany is experiencing.  Both systems have their good and bad points.

The system is great when the left controls it.

The moment things don’t go their way they want to tear it down.

No more talk of the filibuster or court packing lately…

Peace deal between Russia and Ukraine?  You can bet with almost 100% certainty that that will happen sooner rather than later. Trump wants it for sure, and Ukraine has already lost the war, in any event.  It's over.  If Ukraine wants to retain what's left of their country, they'll take the hint and make a deal. The only fly in the ointment would be the new Neocons Trump seems to have chosen to run US foreign policy.  A big mistake, but nothing I can control. Anyway, we can only hope those people don't drag the US into a continuing war in Ukraine that can't be won.

I think you're very naive.

As I said probably OK for the midterms but if maga still fully rules 2028 at significant risk.

So you're saying if they are successful and the people approve of their actions, they might win another election, perhaps even bigly'er?

Democracy bad!

Not what I'm saying as you well know. As I've said, I've no time for blatant disingenuousness.

BYE.

What's stopping him?

The supreme court? Nope. They corruptly gave him immunity for anything done in office, including murdering opponents, including things clearly unconstitutional.

Non maga federal judges? For a while until the cases get bumped to Trump's supreme court.

Democratic governors? They can help but only at the state level.

Senators who aren't maga? History shows sooner or later they always cave to the bully Trump. Word is they are actually afraid of violence on their family from maga types.

Does this sound like America to you?

It happened.

Call me when Trump orders extermination by drone of American citizens without trial.

You sound so sure of yourself, like how you were so sure who would win the White House.

Why do you keep predicting the end of the world?  Enough, already.

Enough of the denialism already.

I will speak if I wish. Don't bother trying to shut me up just because you don't like the message. Perhaps you can put me on ignore if it upsets you so much.

Some will call this fear mongering.

I call it another attempt at a wake up call.

Obviously it would have been much much easier to beat Trump at the polls.

But that didn't happen.

So Americans hoping to stop this autocratic creeping now dramatically accellerated, we are where we are now.

There is still hope but the earlier the actions the better.

The election is done.

What Trump 2.0 is doing has just begun.

If you find that boring, you may just not read about it. Sorted.

Got no choice open up your home page all we see is what Trumps done or is doing or American Election news. Asean is supposed to be what's going on in Thailand and what's happening outside of Thailand. Its not to inform on a daily basis Donald Trump and American politics daily.

Calm down, don't get upset.

It's just an anonymous post on the intertubes.

Have you considered putting that poster on ignore?
