Zelensky said that Ukraine are an independent country and cannot be forced by the USA to the negotiating table, which of course is true.  What is also true is that the USA is an independent country and it cannot be forced to continue giving Ukraine money for this war, which will in turn force the Ukraine (an independent country) to the negotiating table.

Try as the Russians and their allies have, there is no evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of Zelenskyy.  If there was, the Russians would have made sure everyone knew about it.
