A heinous murder  by somebody who 

shouldn’t of been in my country.Sad

for her friends & family.

Will probably demand a sex change and transfer to a woman's prison and the right to vote and culturally appropriate food.

Sad there is no death penalty available. I think in Georgia a death sentence needs to be handed down by a jury, and this was a case conducted by a judge only.  We can only hope that the murdering scumbag gets a little taste of what he did to Laken Riley while he is behind bard.

Biden’s fault.  Without a doubt.  Their need for future votes and representation exceeds innocent lives

Not sure about that. If that is the case anybody facing death row and is guilty as duck would choose a judge for trial. That would make absolutely no sense.

FYI, Georgia most definitely has the death penalty.  It was the prosecutor that made the decision not to seek it.  One of those soft on crime types.

"Athens-Clarke District Attorney Deborah Gonzalez, who appointed a special prosecutor to take over the prosecution of Jose Ibarra at the end of February amid criticism over her own prosecutorial record, laid out her soft-on-crime reforms when she assumed office in January 2021.
 

Gonzalez said her office would “no longer seek the death penalty” and when considering charging defendants, she would “take into account collateral consequences to undocumented defendants,” according to a copy of the district attorney’s policies shared by Georgia state Rep. Houston Gaines."
