Just watched an older movie filmed in and about Australia and enjoyed it, called, "The Proposition". It proved to me what a superb actor Guy Pearce is, but then I always thought that!!
First of all low extraversion doesn't need ''treatment''. If you enjoy being alone that is fine. There are many jobs that suit people with low extraversion.
For anxiety exposure is the best way. For the first year of teaching I was terrified. Walking into the classroom and having kids shout ''hey teacher you wanna cry?'' ''jump off the building!'' ''bully teacher bully teacher''. After 8 years I don't feel scared anymore.
I can only put this down to exposure. I don't feel scared anymore when walking into a classroom.
Anxiety and depression meds should be taken only after all other problems have been solved. It is lifestyle changes first and then medication.
If you have a perfect life but still get depressed then the meds would help you. For example if you are addicted to gambling, taking meds won't stop you placing bets.
How strong his mandate is, is a matter of opinion. The GOP controls the house, the senate and the whitehouse. They also have a right leaning SCOTUS. The question is can they act in lock step like the dems did before them? If they do the mandate is huge. If not, well the GOP has had this situation and bungled it before.
However the GOP does seem to be in supercharged mode right now.

Neither 'covid' or the 'flu' are diseases/illnesses/sickness. They are the body reacting to entities that are best eliminated. That the body sees as toxic. The body has different avenues for this. Breathing, fever, poopoo, coughs, rashes etc.
The best test is to read your own body and try to understand what the symptoms mean. and why they are occurring.
