I've had some ordinary experiences with ordering perishable food online, don't do it anymore. Some delivery companies don't give a rats' rectum what condition chilled or frozen food is in, and Chiang Rai is a long way from Bangkok.

You think that it would be delivered to Chiang Rai from a Bangkok store?

Popular Post DaddyWarbucks Posted December 2, 2024 Popular Post Posted December 2, 2024 Mainland Vintage Cheddar makes an excellent mac & cheese. I've tried other types of cheese... Swiss (emmenthal), several Italian cheeses, but nothing compares to the Mainland sharp cheddar. 1 6 1
trevoromgh Posted December 7, 2024 Author Posted December 7, 2024 Went back to Makro yesterday and the offer is still going but only 2 days left now. My freezer is now groaning with cheese but they had stocked up again so should be plenty left for those interested in purchasing some. Enjoy.

Freeze it and you ruin a perfectly good cheese. Yes, but if it takes a month to eat so it goes bad... That's the problem for a single person and "buy one get one free" offers. 1 1

That's the problem for a single person and "buy one get one free" offers. Cheese does not go bad so easily as long as the packing is unopened. The expiry date does not mean that the cheese will be bad at that particular date. You can keep it for much longer without any loss of taste.

Good snacking for those staying away from carbs.

BritManToo Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Just got mine, but I think I bought the last Tasty, all that's left is Vintage (about 100 left at 11:30am). Think the offer allows 1+1 on Vintage (reading my receipt), and for some reason 4bht off each pack as well, so 4x cheese for a total of 542bht. 1 1

I will let you into a secret, aged cheddars can last 6 months to a year after opening if refrigerated.

In EU I have aged Holland Gouda. It's OK for a month in room temp.

I gave you the answer to your question about the OP’s location but it seems to have gotten you annoyed ? 1
