You are contradicting yourself.

Men never get custody unless the woman is involved in drugs or does something abusive against her children.

Or did you marry a junkie child abuser?

Access to fine wine, stand up comedy, live jazz, museums, the variety of good food, cheese, and a huge variety of stuff at reasonable prices.

I don't miss the nanny state, the woke nonsense, women who are largely more masculine than I am, and who have no ability to manifest the dignity within femininity. I also don't miss the severely over inflated prices of labor, housing, and the toxic politics.

The law states all biological fathers must pay.

No it doesn’t.

Only if the mother was married to the father.
Good law, stops gold diggers from getting themselves pregnant for cash.

Yes.

Do you have any Thai male friends that are divorced and not paying it?

Or are you just imagining it all up.

Yes, I do, and every woman I know here that's had children with a local says the same thing, including my ex and  girlfriend now, along with both of them telling the same story, about them and others they know.

Pretty much the same everywhere...............Yes, biological fathers are required to pay child support in Thailand if they acknowledge paternity:

Parents are married
Both parents are legally required to support their children until they are 20 years old. If parents are divorcing, they can agree on child support in a divorce settlement, or the court can order the non-custodial parent to pay.
Parents are unmarried
The biological father is not legally required to pay child support for a child born out of wedlock, but he can be ordered to do so if he acknowledges paternity. The court can also order the father to pay if the child is legitimized in court. When determining child support, the court considers the child's needs and the non-custodial parent's financial capacity. Other factors that may be considered include: The child's age, The child's health, The child's lifestyle, Other needs of the child, and The parents' financial capacity. Marriage has nothing to do with paying child support.

You would have to know something about gyms to know that information, and what has money have to do with anything here?

I haven't contradicted myself but I've been proving you wrong in every post. Try reading, and more importantly, comprehending what others write before you reply and dig a deeper hole.

I am of course talking about the laws here, and what happens here. In the US, I got custody of all of my children. Like I mentioned, read, slowly, what I write, then you can try and come up with a reply, although they always seem to show what you really are, and how little you know.

Well as you say the law generally gives women custody unless they are real scumbags.

How many divorce and custody battles is it now?

You were claiming that you taught your girlfriend that some farangs are poor.

I specifically asked if you knew any males that were not paying child support.
What is his name?

I wasn’t asking about females, your ex and current girlfriend. Were they unmarried at the time of the births? If so they have no claim to child support and perhaps should have taken birth control if they were sexually active and not married.

Yes, I've been teaching her about western life, which has been exaggerated much here, with many locals thinking all westerners are rich, while there are thousands of homeless in America alone, and millions living paycheck to paycheck, along with others on welfare and food stamps.

Women here have a claim to child support if the male acknowledges paternity. Living here over 6 years, you hear a lot from locals, some through my ex and girlfriend, how little help males give the women after a child is born. I'm thinking your thoughts are all of these are liars, that local men are very responsible fathers and are apt to help with child rearing. If that's the case, you need to be more aware of what actually goes on here, because this, along with many others things I've said in the past, with proof, seem to be  things you like to dispute, for whatever reasons you have besides evidence yourself. This grant is also proof how little children are supported here, and it's the courts fault for not enforcing things in a stricter fashion...........https://www.unicef.org/thailand/press-releases/new-study-finds-34-cent-poor-children-thailand-are-excluded-child-support-grant

Again, they do have claim to support if the father acknowledges parenthood. The problem here is that many disappear after the birth, or soon afterwards. In a more civilized country where children are looked at with more care , the court will do whatever they have to , to make sure the biological father supports the children.

Why would you hang around because you got the local town bike pregnant.
I blame the women for being stupid. If you want to sleep around then use birth control.

Why should the taxpayer pay for children of women who chose to slut around?

Hanging around after a child is born shows the difference between a man and a jerkoff that doesn't deserve sex from anyone. It's also the reason for most of the world's problems today. The breakdown of the family is the breakdown of society, and fatherless children are much more likely to end up on drugs or in jail. It's both parties responsibility to prevent unwanted pregnancies. not just the woman.

Because it's men they are slutting around with who are irresponsible also. And would you leave a child you made for the state to pay ?

Thank you, if one is going to use that term to describe women, one has to be equally willing to use that term to describe themselves. I know many men who just can't wrap their mind around that concept.

Beautiful villages in the countryside, visiting friends in wine areas, modern art museums,

I miss long drives. Driving my British racing green, 1996 XJ6 on smooth roads with decent drivers

As you previously posted about having sex with as many girls as possible without using a condom and you have no intention of ever seeing the girls again .

Who do you expect will pay for any offspring ?

Why not?

Because a responsible father helps raise his children, and doesn't pawn them off on others or the state.
