Appointments at CM immigration available? Online or otherwise?

The previous two years I used the CM Immigration online appointment page rather easily got a appointment for my annual extension for retirement.  I've tried it several times over the last months and it always shows zero availability.  Does anyone have any recent experience getting an appointment there?

 

Secondly, I have been told that folks over 75 get priority treatment.  Can anyone verify?
