Under the UK double taxation agreement, any income tax paid in UK can be offset against tax due in Thailand. In your case you should only declare any monies remitted to Thailand, ie 150k to per month.
The spending habit of mine that’s changed is that since I’m now staying 2 months a year less in Thailand than originally planned, to see me under the 180 days, some of the money I would have been putting into Thailand’s economy is now being spent in Europe and Australia.
They should go back to sticking with the regular news and international news instead of focusing on the political news. People are tired of that being shoved in their faces daily. I stopped years ago. Same old boring people and news.
