Why? The guy was a total pillock who eventually backed down and was arrested. Fairly recently, there was a Chinese tourist who got all bent out of shape over his flight delays at DMK. He was shouting and swinging his skateboard at security and the cops. After letting him carry on for about ten minutes, where nobody got hurt, he eventually calmed down and was allowed to board his flight, leave the country and be someone else's problem. Meanwhile, the usual suspects on AN were calling for tazers and even LAPD-style shoot-first then call for backup law enforcement. Honestly, you need to get over yourselves (you know who you are). -

So the scenario is a man running around a major city shopping centre just like in Bondi Sydney last April , stabbing people,a policewoman is on her lunch break . Unfortunately he stabs several before she sees it and shoots him dead . Now if that happens in London ,the policewoman no doubt wearing purple Harry Potter style glasses ..... Runs !! What else can she do ? She has no gun so she can't confront him unlike the Sydney policewoman can she I guess she just hides and calls for back up ??? -

I have sugar problem
I'm Polish and Irish but grew up around Italians and have some relatives, including my godfather, who's mom made to this day the best sauce. She and husband were from Sicily. Impossible for me to give up pasta, eating Orzo now, as it's a big part of my daily carbs.You can eat pasta but have to limit it if you're diabetic, as a few of my family members are, and my brother died at 67 from a heart attack which came from not losing weight as a diabetic. -
