Of course he's of African descent, people of many different countries and nationalities, are now British citizens.

It's not always the white British that case problems abroad, although they get 'tarred with the same brush'

There was a time, not so long ago, when a British Passport was like Gold, now they are handed out like confetti.

What true value does a paper document have if the technology is present to tie it to one’s visa status when a person renews or departs…As in Thai cases, registration if tickets go unpaid…

 

the tech is there if thailand lived in the tech world…But thailand still functions in the paper world of making copies and signing everything 

 

go paperless thailand….the tech is there to do so and enforce w/o having a paper trail…in the end it doesn’t matter if the ticket is eaten thrown away or lit on fire. One can destroy the evidence but the record lives in cyberspace

In my country the police will come in the middle of the night to get their money for the fines if you don't pay.... I don't have problems with the law.. There are too many outdated laws for a country that pretends to be a modern country..the laws here are all fexible.. look at the date when you can do a same sex marriage.. Nobody knows yet if it will be the 22nd or the 23rd of January.. They make laws but don't enforce them,  or don't know when they start.. And lwas should be for everybody the same and not for foreigners different than the own population

He may hold a useless piece of paper i.e, a "British" (whatever the F*** that means now!) Passport but judging by his name and the very dark skin, my guess is, he is originally from Africa! So his heratige is African  not Anglo Saxon!

He probably lost his passport and his phone in the English Channel and they had to give him something in Dover!

Please don't steal his nationality from him by accusing him of being a British person, we all know Brits are trouble makers!🤪
