Easy to find out: try it.

 

Perhaps the programmer specified 0.2MB even though the program reduces larger images down to the specified maximum size. One can never know, can one, until one tries?

 

I can already guess your next question: What happens if the image size is 2,001 bytes? My answer will be the same: Try it.

Yes that will do for starters ,then I can change it ,but why wouldn’t it work in the first place?
