A mistake made by alot of rookie riders(if he was one) is poor positioning before the bend, object fixation (looking at the barrier) and actually not turning your head and looking around the corner.

The above is "Bang ON" pun intended.

Have ridden bikes all my life now aged 69 and every training course taken over the years stress

"Look where you want to go"

Do not look

"What you want to avoid"

Described as 'target fixation' will get you killed/maimed.

I ride a Ninja 650 and seen accidents coming together up ahead, so slow down or speed up to get out of the way, simple road craft would have saved him, just happy he did not have a pillion.

The motorcycle behind clearly stops.  The two speeding by, may well have stopped further down the road.

I see a banked curve...why do people call it a corner?

First thing i noticed were the first two cyclists just ride right by...like it is a common occurrence? it might be...

Who knows his qualifications to ride/situational driving? It's all speculation....

I have a forza and find the handling and breaking brutal. The stock parts are no where near good.enough for the speeds that bike can do.

But there's nothing compelling you to drive at speed is there, other than your desire to do so?

I feel sorry for the loved ones left behind. Him, not so much. He did a severely stupid thing as paid with his life. Driving so fast he couldn't even stay in his lane. No helmet.

Oh well, he's in the running for a Darwin award.

Thank you for missing the point.

At times you could be on the highway with an 80 limit even taking a corner at 70 would feel unstable.
