The post you quoted suggested using DTAC's 004. The equivalent service on AIS would be 003, which you failed to select for one reason or another. 159 baht + VAT for 40 minutes. 4.25 baht per minute.

Better than nothing, looks like there's no carry forward so if you only use a few minutes, it's not that cheap
