When i was walking around and relaxing and watching a normal life i saw this british guy selling hamburger. He has a carry stall or stand. Not even a shop. Speaks normal level of thai with customers.. he cooks by homself. he even has tiktok and live. Didnt talk anything with him.

PS: i dont know if he is thai citizen already or not.

Is it legal?

He either has Thai nationality or it is illegal.

Street vending is a restricted profession. He would not get a work permit for anything like that and it would not meet the salary requirements for the job you have described. So there are 3 big hurdles to cross.

However, I have seen a Russian with a WP selling pizza through some weird and dubious company structure at a food court.

Is your AN handle correct, or should it be lookforproblemfarang? Why not ask him yourself, or even better, mind your own business.

Try cranberry juice, it’s a natural diuretic

It certainly could be legal if it is part of a larger business he owns and he employs some minimum number of Thais.

Well he doesnt have any shop. Thats for sure.

Even if he had is it still ok he can sell on the street but not at his shop??
