I'm considering purchasing Sony's OTC (Over The Counter) CRE-C20 hearing aids.   Reading through the specs and numerous reviews, these seem to be the right hearing aids for my needs, however, I'm concerned that I will not be able to program the aids using Sony's app as I've read the app doesn't work outside the USA.  If anyone has info regarding the use of the programing app for the CRE-C20, please share that info.
