You may want to take a very close look at all the executive orders he has already signed and the pending ones to see his underlying intent for the next 4 years. Some won't stand as they are against the constitution, and he'll face a number of lawsuits on many others. This is his idea of streamlining and creating effective government while most will consider it a circle jerk within 6 months after he fires appointees and cabinet members that go against him.
