Chiang Rai is set to dazzle as the skies fill with vibrant hot air balloons during the Singha Park Chiang Rai International Balloon Fiesta 2025. From 13 to 17 February, 30 balloons from 13 countries will grace the skies, marking the return of the region’s much-loved festival, which began in 2016.

 

On February 14, the event embraces a romantic theme, allowing lucky couples to commemorate Valentine's Day with a unique airborne experience. Lifted by balloons, they can declare their love amidst breathtaking views.

 

The festival isn't just about balloons. Attendees will be treated to traditional khon dance performances and live concerts from popular Thai bands like Bodyslam and Paradox. This lively event offers more than just auditory delights; it’s a feast for the taste buds as well, with northern Thai cuisine and local coffee steals the spotlight.

 

 

For those longing for more adventure, activities such as ATV rides, cycling, and a thrilling Zip Line experience are on offer. The scenic flower fields further enhance the park's allure, providing perfect photo opportunities.

 

Tickets for this enchanting event are pocket-friendly at 300 baht for a one-day pass, with a five-day package available for 1,350 baht.
