Starting Thursday, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration will enforce a ban on trucks entering designated low-emission zones without prior registration. AI-equipped security cameras will assist in monitoring compliance, with violators facing potential legal action, reported Bangkok Post.

And if you believe that you'll believe anything.

Natthaphong, leader of the People's Party (PP), condemned the government's sluggish approach to addressing PM2.5 pollution.

Sluggish, they've done sod all since last year.

Same thing every year about taking action on reducing the PM2.5 dust

emergency measures, including the suspension of onsite classes for 103 schools in favour of remote learning

Great!

That will reduce significantly all that stop and go traffic on the way to many schools.

Meanwhile, madame PM is in Switzerland swooning with the rich and famous, maybe she'll buy a few more watches for her collection. She fiddles, while Rome (Thailand) burns.

Her priorities are clear.

Unfortunately, there are still too many Thais out there who don't see this.

As usual...all talk...don't these numpties understand? The world knows that Thailand has unsafe level of pollution to breath. That means the tourist will stop coming. That means the resident expats will spend less time in Thailand. Nett effect...less income to Thailand. We are not talking small amounts to the Revenue.

Every time Anutin opens his mouth there are more utterances which are never follow through and the man is just unbelievable.

Come on Thailand do something about this...it's hurting your population.

Those so-called politicians do not care! They are like children playing in the kindergarten! Useless!
