Recommended agent for opening a bank account with DTV?

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend an agent who can help me open a Thai bank account with a DTV.  I've asked at a dozen branches so far been turned down unless I was interested in buying a condo or getting a married.

Any agent suggestions for an agent that charges a reasonable price?  I generally live in Bangkok, but am fine traveling to another city if an agent can help there (even though my usual address is Bangkok).

Try thai visa centre, there in bangkok, great reputation, i had a extension off them a couple of year5 ago, coul8 of been easier..

Bangkok Bank on beach road in Pattaya are my best bet.

I needed only my passport, my Thai driver licence and a "certificate of residence" to open my bank accounts at Bangkok bank. One in foreign currency, the other one in Thai Baht.

Of course the same procedure whith copies which have to be singned etc.
