Here's a short but informative for those have an interest these matters.
It's many years since I cozied up to a fighter jet, but I like to keep myself informed.

The International Driving Permit according to the Vienna convention is valid for 3 years (unless your driving licence expires first). The International Driving Permit according to the Paris or Geneva convention is only valid for 1 years if my memory serves me right.
Chosen for better benefits?
Not as good as the benefits on Thailand's original purchase.

If you need to get some Thai documents translated into English, I’d recommend looking for a service that specializes in that. I’ve found that going with a company that understands both languages well can really make a difference, especially for important documents. You can find services online that focus specifically on accurate translations, which helps avoid any misunderstandings. If you're after something legal, you might want to try legal translation services for peace of mind!
Plastic pipes? Happens to many people. Earth movement. Pipe joint broken under the house. I had to put new pipes along the walls in a shophouse. I have done the same thing in an apartment: 20+years galvanized pipes full of rust.
After three years of trying I’ve finally got runner beans to crop in Thailand.
The first year things were looking hopeful but an unplanned business trip ended those hopes. Last year high temperatures during winter caused all the flowers to drop.
This year things have gone much better.
I have so far harvested about a kilogram of beans from 6 plants, with more on the way.
Not a massive harvest but at least I’ll get some of my favorite beans and will try a bigger crop next year.
The change I made to get this improvement was to plant seeds directly to no dig beds with 3 inches of home made compost cover, at a location where they only get morning sun. I also delayed sowing until Loy Kratong.
I accept the colder weather this year must have helped.
