What's the best white paint to reflect sunlight radiation (heat)?
My Justification for Using Highly Reflective Paint: I figure, I can save at least Bt.500.00 per month in lower energy costs relating to AC cooling cost reduction. Probably about Bt.6000.00 per year, by my conservative estimate. I just need to choose the correct coating for the plywood shutters I am fabricating. Of course, the true savings will depend upon the heat differential between the outside temperature and the indoor temperature. If I maintain the Hot Season temp, inside my bedroom, at 19-degrees C, as is normal.... Then, my energy savings will be more. Obviously. I figure, since we are not on the equator, and since the Sun is not always at it's zenith, then the average radiation hitting my plywood shutters should be about 900 watts per square meter, give or take. Still, very worth the effort.....for sure. Those reading my words...should... Take heed, if they want to save a few baht. -

The 180 days is the total number of days in the country. Doesn’t matter how many ins and outs. Tax return for 2024 is only required if you remitted monies during 2024. That means if you used your credit card to pay for a dinner in Thailand, you remitted funds. Or if you hit an ATM while having a few beers, you remitted funds. -

and as the population increases the NHS will fail more, the prisons will be fuller, schools will be less able to educate, and life for real Britons ( not paper ones ) will get worse. IMO. -

You can make some of the people happy some of the time but you can never make all of the people happy all of the time. There will always be someone who complains especially of other peoples fun. Chinese New Years fireworks is no different than New Years Eve or Songkran or any other holiday Thais celebrate that involves many people. They all have a potential hazard. Should Thailand act on this complaint then they should also do so for every holiday where there is potential for someone to complain. -

The police should seize the necklace from the shop that bought it, as it is stolen property. The gold shop will have to sue the thief to get restitution, the woman should get her necklace back. But TIT. -
