Tramadol Sales Exposed in Suphan Buri Illegal Pharmacy Raid
First pharmacy I visited this afternoon had Tramadol, two brands, both 50mg in blister packs of 10 for 65 baht. No request to see prescription or provide ID, and apparently no limit. Pharmacist lady offered to see me the whole box, with a 5-baht per strip discount. -

In contrast, Denmark secured the top spot, with Finland, Singapore, New Zealand, Luxembourg, and Norway following closely behind. Within the ASEAN region, Thailand stands fifth, trailing Singapore at the forefront, followed by Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Notably, Singapore, Indonesia, and Laos made strides in improving their rankings this year. At the bottom of the index is South Sudan, ranked 180th, highlighting the ongoing challenges in battling corruption.
