When Putin said that he liked Biden more than Trump, he also said why. Because Biden is predictable. This allowed Putin to prepare countermeasures in advance and successfully neutralize the threat of long range missles. Unfortunately, Trump is completely unpredictable. Why is Trump's decision important here? As Putin said, US occupation troops have been in Germany since 1945, they just changed their name. Based on this, the Z guys believe that Germany is under US external control.
